angle-left null Olive-Sound: experimentation bears its fruits

The Pieralisi project team and the first Extra Virgin Olive Oil produced


Teamwork on the Olive-Sound project continues. Here is the Pieralisi team with bottles of Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the 2020/2021 oil-processing season, the fruits of the test conducted at the DEMAR S.r.l. farm in Italy.
The experimentation with the innovative Olive-Sound ultrasound system has increased the extraction yield by about 10% compared to traditional malaxing, producing an outstanding extra virgin olive oil.

The work team, together with the project partners, continues its activities in view of the upcoming test to be conducted during the 2021/2022 oil-processing season on an industrial scale at the Almazara del Ebro partner oil mill in Spain.
